Announcement: Vesica's Resignation

Unfortunately Vesica has relayed to us that he is resigning due to real-life matters. Vesica has been an instrumental part of the Moderation Team for the past several years and will be sorely missed as a player and a Moderator. I'm sure that in the future Vesica will re-join us as an active player in the field of Particracy but until then, we wish him well in real-life and everything he does. From here on out it will be James and I handling Moderation matters.
