Announcement: Dynamic Rankings updated

Moderation has updated the game's Dynamic Rankings. Full details of the changes are available in the main "Dynamic Rankings" thread. As previously stated the Dynamic Rankings remain advisory at the moment with the exception of the so-called "Third World" (or non-mechanic) countries. If you wish to offer feedback on the ranking of a particular country or the system as a whole then you can do so in the "Feedback: Dynamic Rankings" thread.

For this rankings update we made a couple of minor changes. The most important is that we utilised the advice of our Third World Coordinator Pragma for assessing the countries. In addition, we have decided to merge the rankings system for the two sets of countries to reflect the fact that the distinction between these countries in terms of development is increasingly blurred.

Please be aware that it has been some time since the rankings were last updated and the game has changed significantly in that period so it was more difficult than usual to offer a fair assessment of some countries. If you feel that a particular country has been overlooked or judged unfairly then please do not hesitate to let us know.
