I like the options to devolve things to local governments, but without local/"state" elections, it feels like something is missing. Would it be possible to institute those?

To put it simply: No.

You can simulate them via RP but otherwise, no development will happen with PT Classic.

You can simulate them via RP but otherwise, no development will happen with PT Classic.


Okay! Thanks for letting me know. Hopefully the dev will include them in Particracy 2!
