With regards to Kafuristan's Foreign Minister's public statements on their participation in our Agency's intelligence network, the Agency's leadership wholeheartedly echoes Kafuristan's statement as we vow to respect their sovereignty and independence in any intelligence efforts and operations. We stand by our diplomatic ally in Majatra in equal measure, regardless of whether they increase or decrease their involvement in our Agency. We shall be constantly sharing relevant intelligence information with the government of Kafuristan and shall honour INTELPROT 1 to the best of our efforts, as our network grows, in terms of the Agency's authorisation and jurisdiction in operating in Kafuri soil.

As per the provisos of the Pact's headquarters addendum, we're commemorating the commencement of the construction of the Agency's headquarters in Deltaria, which will operate under the jurisdiction of the newly founded independent authority of the Agency located in Deltaria - and funded by the MOIA, as per the aforementioned international agreement. Additionally, the following offices will be established and maintained by the government of Deltaria:

- Investigative Office, under the jurisdiction of the MOJ

Finally, a Deputy Director from Deltaria (L3) has been appointed.

With regards to the recent remediation of the Beiteynu-Luthori situation and the remediation's inherent short-term fragility.

As granted by the Accord, our Agency has received access to Luthori in maintaining passive and active operations within their nation. Out of respect towards these renewed diplomatic efforts from both Beiteynu and Luthori, we have raised Luthori to INTELPROT 2, effectively limiting active operations to L4 members and above, thus, requiring prior approval by the government of Luthori for any other TRA members wishing to conduct active intelligence operations in Luthori.

In regards to the ongoing situation in Suyu Llaqta, our intelligence in Dankuk, Sekowo and Vorona has limited information, which has created a sense of unease in the ranks of our agents and government liaisons in said nations, towards which we shall be increasing their security status and overall operations.

We are aware of various cells in the region in support of either side, but we cannot comment further on this matter at this time.

STATEMENT
In regards to the situation in Malivia and the imminent collapse of the government of Malivia due to the radical measures and annihilative reforms issued by the current administration, we have increased the security status of the Agency's operations in numerous nations surrounding the broader region of Malivia and Artania, in an effort to increase awareness and intelligence towards ensuring the international security of Pact members in this dangerous situation.

Futhermore, as the government of Malivia has nullified its diplomatic ties with all Pact members, our Agency's jurisdiction has been effectively terminated, henceforth the safety of our organisation's agents in Malivia is of the outmost priority for us. The Agency's headquarters in Beiteynu and Selucia will be directly coordinating with Kundrati's HQ to that end. For reasons of international security, we cannot comment any further on the Agency's operations in Malivia.

In coordination with the MOIA of Beiteynu, we will be implementing strict and heightened security protocols in airports and seaports in Beiteynu, in anticipation of any radical elements surfacing from the ensuing breakdown of law and order in Malivia.

To that end, we have compiled a Threat Assessment Report, which we have forwarded to the Agency's respective headquarters in Selucia, Likatonia and Kundrati, a report intended to advise the governments of the aforementioned nations in taking action towards ensuring human rights, free trade and commercial routes in the greater region of Malivia, with a special emphasis to Beiteynu and Selucia in securing the Migrant's Pass.

Finally, the Agency will be working closely with Beiteynuese Police in locating and detaining citizens of Malivia currently present in Beiteynu.

STATEMENT
In light of the recent devastating anti-democratic events taking place in the city of Kasaema, we are forced to take immediate action to secure the stability of Kundrati and thus the international security of the broader region of Artania around Kundrati. Thus, we will be immediately increasing our domestic operations to the highest level, to directly assist the government and law enforcement in securing the safety of the republic, while also elevating our operations in neighbouring nations to which the Agency has jurisdiction to operate in via related accords of diplomacy.

However, with the instability of the political stage in Luthori, as well as the ongoing situation in Malivia, we have to address the agency's already strained resources and complexity of ongoing operations in the continent of Artania.

Regardless, it is my responsibility - and thus the Agency's - to ensure our Pact ally's security by all means necessary.

To that extent, the Agency's headquarters in Beiteynu will be deploying 2 units of the special task force Shabak of the former General Security Service which has been integrated into the Agency since 5225, alongside 1 additional unit from the Beiteynuese Naval Command. These units are specialised in reconnaissance and covert operations of the highest intensity and difficulty, to assist the Agency's headquarters in Kundrati in silencing attacking elements against the republic with swift and deadly accuracy. Furthermore, the Agency's headquarters in Beiteynu has already reached out to the headquarters in Deltaria and Yingdala, which have already deployed a total of 5 special units of similar nature. All of the aforementioned units will be directly tasked to the Agency's headquarters in Kundrati.

Additionally, we have also reached out to the Agency's Deputy Directors in Likatonia, Selucia and Istalia in providing assistance of a similar manner.

Concluding, on the situation in Malivia, considering the recent developments in Kundrati, we have created a joint task force with Beiteynu's MOD in expediting and enforcing the collective efforts of the unofficial military coalition gathered around Malivia towards remediating the situation swiftly. To that end, I have personally reached out to PM of Beiteynu and officials of the Keshet Administration in reviewing and discussing the need for an official remediation force.
