Think it would be good to try using the proposed rule. It's not going to solve everything discussed but it could facilitate role play.

Bit late to the party, but having read through the proposal I'm largely in favour. I think in order to make it clear that a certain nation is involved in a PRP it would be good practice for a bill and/or message to be left on the nation page by Moderation rather than the players involved, if it's not too much administrative burden. I also think PRPs should absolutely and unconditionally be time limited, because as the proposed rule is written it sounds like they could continue indefinitely as long as at least 3 players are involved, which to me looks like treaty locking with extra steps. I think setting a time limit of one IRL month as the maximum time a PRP could last would be reasonable. Other than that I think this is a good and necessary proposal.

The feedback period for this proposal is now ended.

Moderation will review the feedback and determine how to proceed. If the rule is adopted, we will make an announcement to that effect.
