I did some thinking on the name for Christmas. I have previously used Spiritmass. I've seen Hosianmass used, but that's factually incorrect since "Hosian" refers not primarily to Eliyahu but instead derives from hoi hosioi in Greek, which means "the believers". In fact, anything using "Mass" sounds off.
So I did some thinking on what would be a good replacement. In some Germanic languages where the translation of Christmas is not used, some form of "Holy Night" (such as German "Weihnachten") is usually used. I think that describes the celebration quite well, so I'd actually propose the Terran equivalent of Christmas (in Luthorian) is "Hallownight" or "Hallowtide" for the season, from the colloquial reference to the most important church event near that feast, "Sancta Nox", the mass on the eve of the feast.
Then what about Father Christmas? Well you could use Father Hallowtide. Or call him Santa Quinn or Saint Quinn, because at some point Polites and I made St. Quirinus (a reference to the man himself as this character was present at the Council of Auroria along with a certain St. Martinus of Augusta) the equivalent of St. Nicholas, along with all the festive characters that particular saint inspired.
