I know I'm a bit late picking up on this but could it either be changed to 'Rastafari: Rasezanaism' or 'Rastafari: Rasezanai'? As I mentioned, calling the religion Rastafarianism is offensive to adherents.

Edited to "Rastafari: Rasezanai"

Consider adding a 5th category to the Index called "References from popular culture" or something like that. And under this section, consider adding:

Daleks (Doctor Who): Dorvleks
Doctor Who: Professor What

The name has an italian whiff, especially "Giuseppe" and also "Istellion" could be easily connected to Istalia, something like "Giuseppe the istalian" (Istellion has something of greek instead).
Maybe we can find a good history for "Beppe" Istellion. Maybe an istalian emigrant/revolutionary which established a personal dictature during a communist regime somewhere. But where and when? Or maybe we could create an history about Giuseppe Istellion as a political philosopher or politicians which wrote about its idea on a communist nation and system so to establish a communist school of thought.

What do you think?

Rather than invent characters that were never RPd, maybe it would be a better idea to look at in-game history. How about Vladimir Ilyanov, the first leader of the first UKSR?

Yes, Polites has reason, it is better use someone which was RPd. Someone could adapt a little the wikia pages and use some kind of nickname similar to stalin.
Polites, have you some other info about this character already presents into the wikia?

Don't know anything other than what's already on the wikia concerning Vladimir Ilyanov, the KCCP, and the first UKSR, and the player who created the character has been away for years, while the relevant RP would have happened on the old forum, which is now defunct. On the bright side this gives us the opportunity to elaborate on the backstory as much as we wish.
