Provisionally, any time on weekdays in general from 4PM to midnight GMT (midday to 8PM EST), and pretty much any time in the weekends save for 1AM to about 9AM GMT (9PM to 5AM EST).

Sure, jethro on the left, Yankees middle left, you in the middle right and finally....Dynastia.

Left to right, it's jethro, Yankees, Khaler, and George. Dynastia is not actually one of those four, since he's not active. However, if you look closely near jethro, you'll see him behind the rocks with a sniper rifle.
