The first and last actually aren't such a problem. I can see why you'd object to gun control and uneconomic minimum wages though.

Unfortunately the economic policies of these leftist Democratic governors in the Democratic states only makes life worse, i mean NY, RI and CA are wastelands of despair unless your upper middle or lower upper class and live in a big city.

if Clinton does run, how much of a threat does O'Malley represent? And if Clinton doesnt run, will O'Malley, so far the only serious possible contender other than Clinton, be the Democratic nominee?

There is nothing good about abolishing the death penalty...nothing at all. Why should we show compassion to child killers and terrorists who take the lives of citizens (excuse the appeal to emotions fallacy)? The only reason why it costs so much to kill a person is because of the appeals process. Guys like Scott Peterson get on death row and want to appeal their ruling, costing the taxpayers millions of dollars and are always denied. In reality, it's costlier to keep a person alive for life than kill him in.

I won't touch the weed and gun issues because you guys already know my feelings about them but in regards to the minimum wage, why should people be paid $10/hour for a part-time job? Excuse the ignorance, but McDonald's shouldn't be a career; it should be a part-time venture and doesn't deserve to get paid that much when you factor in the amount of labor that goes into it.

I wouldn't have a problem with the death penalty if it was administrated properly but as it is you Americans have a very bad record of sentencing innocents to death, if you got rid of appeals then you would of killed 20 more innocent people since 2000. Anyway, an execution is an act of mercy, offering a way out of a rather unpleasant life in prison, why offer an easy way out?

$10 is nothing, especially when you take into account the fact that 99% of customers are complete asshats, What do you think they should be paid?
