I hate the smell, it tastes like burnt leaves and it's expensive, but there's nothing better on a winter's evening than a quiet cigarette and a cup of tea, maybe with a good book. Or a quiet cigarette and a cold beer in the summer. (Or Pimm's, possibly the best thing about summer.) I miss being able to smoke in the pub something awful, even though I love the fact that pubs are no longer filled with a constant haze of smoke.
I don't smoke regularly of course, I love the occasional sense once in a while. And strangely enough, Greece is on a smoke-ban from yesterday - things are going to get nasty in the near future around here. Yup, cigarette, book, balcony, on the second floor, wind blowing hastily, awesome; maybe raining. Brilliant.
