Despite being as straight as a plank, seeing semi naked women posing in provocative positions all the time, all over the internet is pretty distasteful. I'm sure you've all seen the Evony ads, they get everywhere, from practice GCSE websites, Sci-Fi games, Particracy sometimes. They are probably here in this thread now.

This is all aside from the fact it's run by Chinese gangsters just to scam money off fat old men who smell of beer and fags who think they're going to have a good time jerking off over hot noblewomen while building their e-empire.

So, I thought, let's put a stop to their fun. If we each click their adverts four or five times a day, they will hopefully disappear. I already have several other forums doing this. Let's do it.

Wouldn't clicking on it give them more "fame" or as you Internet nerds like to call it "traffic." I would assume from a pure common sense point of view (It just a wild guess) that if we click on it from here, it would be smart to leave it here since it produces new visitors. But hey, correct me if I am wrong.

No, everytime we click on their adverts they have to pay some money to Google. So in essence, by clicking on their ads, we are depriving them of revenue to continue their criminal and quite frankly annoying behaviour, and allowing Google to continue building their company, which benefits the general public.

Never seen one myself, nope. Adblocker+Firefox=Wonderful. Script blocker is nice too but, that one can get annoying.

Funny thing is, I click on this thread, and I see the ad for the first time on Particracy. Of course, I've seen it elsewhere hundreds of times, and I agree it annoys the hell out of me. Kill Evony. <_<

I also use firefox though I don't know about that Adblock. If it comes with the program, then goody, for I have not seen Evony ads.
