They decided to parody the 'Make a Wish' foundation that grants dying children wishes.
This has caused such an uproar the Prime Minister has told them they should 'Collectively hang their heads in shame". Personally I think that South Park is more offensive than this, and it's just hypocrisy with so many shows racking up ratings based around murder and rape.
