That's because most parties you're thinking of are.

Wow the britons are smart. They are sending their nazis away to Brussels, great way to get rid of them in your own country.

By 'freedom-orientated', Xanathos means 'extremist, right-wing, and possibly more than a little racially fuckwitted'. Think Ron Paul.

Well, obviously no one left wing can be freedom-oriented and since our society is dominated by the collectivists, anyone freedom-oriented, indeed like Ron Paul, is deemed an extremist, which is BS and largely a scare tactic imo. :D

Hint: All of my rants are politicaly incorrect and maybe slightly exagerated ;)

Oh don't be ridiculous. UKIP are populated by former Tories, most of whom disagree with the radical New Right project of creating a neo-liberal Europe, or disagree with the ridiculous Franco-German project of creating a united European nation-state. In other words, they're bloody sensible. Wherever you stand on the political spectrum, there are a myriad of good reasons to actively distrust the EU. The UKIP aren't far-right extremists any more than Labour are socialists.

It's not about whether you oppose the EU but why you oppose the EU. I'm against the EU because it's an attempt, as you say, to create a neoliberal Europe, to shift decision making to accountable, unelected bureaucrats, because it's an attempt to supercede member states to hasten domestic privitisation, because it's an attempt isolate European capital. UKIP oppose the EU because, underneath whatever bullshit they might spout, they are petty nationalists who just dont really like sharing things with foreigners and want to isolate the UK in much the same way that the EU tries to isolate Europe. We both dislike the EU but for widely different reasons so am I ever going to vote for them? Fuck no.

Hungarian Jobbik? Srsly. It seems like the rightist block flocked to the elections and the average people ignored them. It's kinda amusing seeing this in the EU. Makes me curious how long it will last.

How the fuck do you know that's what they are? They don't like 'sharing things with foreigners'? You're being ridiculous, and in the same breath dismissing anyone who isn't a stupid bleeding-heart leftie, so-called 'progressives' (who through their roads paved with good intentions and their inanity have done more damage to this country than four centuries of conservative cynicism; they should really be called 'regressives'), who distrusts the disaster of the EU as 'petty nationalists' whatever that entails. Tabloid mentality.
