Balance of Power, anyone?

Who wants to play some Balance of Power??? It's a really fun forum game that simulates a cold war, but it can happen from really any time period post world war 2, and I've even seen some pre WW2 mods. If people are interested , please reply, and then I will dig up the rules for it.
