Does anyone know where I can get electronic access to Yugoslav censuses, specifically around the 1970s? Thanks.

You'll be wanting the 1971 and 1981 censuses, then?

I can't find the 1971 census online at all; the best I can find is this, which is merely a summary of the populations of the republics by nationality. For 1981, there seems to be some document with preliminary results and comparisons, , although it's some request system which I can't decipher, and the final results on the same system, and there's another summary of results like the 1971 one with reference to the changes between '71 and '81. There are also a few articles and books on shifts from '71 to '81.

There doesn't seem to be any direct electronic access to full census results.

Hard to navigate, but should have something that you could estimate the 1971 census off of.
