The woman can actually sing even though I have no idea what she's saying.
The space suits are pretty epic too.

That one made me laugh, but no, I don't think it deserved to go through to the final lol!

I'm going to be watching the second semi-final tonight. Lets hope it is better than the first one.

I like Montenegro. At least they were better than Lithuania and Belgium. I bet juries give them the final ticket. Best songs(Denmark & Netherlands) were in first semi final but in general second semi final is better.

I'm watching the 2nd semi-final on BBC3. My cat Eric liked the Iceland entry and meowed along to it. However, he slept right through Greece, and Israel (playing now) is failing to raise him from his slumbers.

Why does Armenia and Romania qualified??

San Marino and Israel were hundred times better that that two

I admired the Romanian entry. It was "different", distinctive and had a lot of character.

I wouldn't mind Romania winning, I found their entry quite unique.
Considering how bland and mediocre 90% of the entries have been I'm starting to wonder if Bonnie could finish in the top half?

Other than Romania I quite liked Finland (just because she kissed another woman), Malta, and Greece (gotta love the Greeks).
Hungary's was quite intriguing too - very bland and stripped-back but pleasant at the same time.

Greece's entry was a "We don't want to win because we can't afford to host the next Eurovision" kind of entry, if you ask me :P.

I liked Hungary, but can't imagine it going on to win. Could Bonnie Tyler do it? Maybe she has an outside chance. What if the favourites fluff it on the night, and then she puts in an A* performance right at the end?

I don't want to ruin your mood but Bonnie Tylee should consider herself lucky if she can able to finish in top 20. I think you overrate unique songs a lot. It doesn't mean it has to be a good song if it is a unique one. I found Norway and Denmark bland but they will outrank the unique songs. Romanian guys voice irritates me, I don't know why but his voice really annoys me. Don't get me wrong, I like opera pop.

Of yesterdays contestants, I like Armeniad the most, but I also enjoyed Romania, Bulgaria and Albania. I can't understand how Azerbaijan or Finland could be picked over the last two.

Other than Romania I quite liked Finland (just because she kissed another woman)
I don't want to be rude (to quote Nigel Farage :P) but I'm quite sure that Finland proceeded just because southern European old men voted with their "lower regions" rather than their head. The singing was awful, the song was awful, the girl was sexy and that was about it (she hails from the Swedish minority in Finland btw.).

We should probably debate that in another thread.

Gosh, Romania and Armenian song are awful and I will state that every time one of you say that they are good. I hate those songs. They stole San Marino's and Israel's spot. So as Lithuania and Belgium stole the spot of Austria and Slovenia(right now I listen Slovenian song).
Denmark probably win. For Bonnie I don't want to be rude but her voice sounds wizened(at least this is the Turkish term we use). Netherlands has a great chance to win and I won't feel sorry if Netherlands win. Russian song is boring and Ukranian song will stole the Soviet bloc in favour of Russia. Azerbaijan's song is also good. So as Norwegian. Is it me, because Icelandic song makes me sleepy or does it makes you sleepy too.

Germans don't vote for Greece or Turkey a lot Turkish and Greek diaspora votes for Greece and Turkey. This year I expect at least six points to Azerbaijan from Germany.
