I think they are better off staying in. Unlike Catalonia, they are net beneficiaries (economically) from belonging to the French Republic. They appear to have devolution on education so that gives them an opportunity to protect their language and culture.

You mean like nternational orgs for separatist movements? I remember there's a global one but right now I can only recall the
OEAS.
