Apologies for the delay but this update appears to resolve the concerns with the previous proposed update. For reference though, the history section of the cultural protocol is not enforceable by Moderation.

As this would update the cultural protocol of a culturally protected country, there will now be a forty-eight hour period where any player can offer feedback on the update before it can be accepted.

As Vorona is considered culturally open (it does not maintain a moderation-approved Cultural Protocol), I submit the above for scrutiny by moderation and all.

As this would introduce a cultural protocol in a culturally open country, there must now be a forty-eight hour period where any player can offer feedback on the proposal before it can be accepted. In order to allow for proper scrutiny of this proposal, the period will be extended to ninety-six hours.
