As with the above, bills must have been passed before they can receive approval however players are welcome to offer feedback prior to the bill's passage.

Aye, I'm letting it stand for 48 hours for possibility of feedback, then I'll be moving it to a vote. More so getting it in here to show that we acknowledged receipt of the Moderation Team's DM

This would update the cultural protocol of a culturally protected country. As per the Game Rules, there will now be a 48 hour period for players to offer comment on the proposal before it can be approved.

A few queries on these changes. The proposed cultural protocol would reduce the "Mordusian" (English) population by a massive 18 pp, with corresponding increases to the other ethnic groups. Likewise the "Hosian" (Christian) population would be reduced by 10 pp with the "Aurorian Patriarchal" (Roman Catholic) population in particular falling by 14 pp. Dramatic demographic changes such as these would require some significant role-play justification in order for it to be approved in ordinary circumstances. Do you have anything that you think we should consider when making a judgement about these changes?
