Differences from current version:

* 15% shift from Brancos to Pardos
* redefinition of Pardos to include Filipinos
* introduction of Filipino languages in addition to the still dominant Portuguese
* Inkolo Esintsundu Sizwe Syncretism renamed as Mbanda, based on Afro-Brazilian religions, and increased by 15%, taking small numbers from each of the other religions

The point of these changes is to allow a partial return to the Filipino culture that Tukarali once had while maintaining its dominant Lusophone culture. The replacement of the IESS religion with Mbanda is a reflection of the decline of Ibutho as a distinct nation as well as an attempt to integrate African religions into Tukarali’s Portuguese-speaking culture.

These changes have also been recently RPd in Tukarali.

This is approved, please place a copy of the passed Cultural Protocol with a link to this post in addition to a link to the passed bill in the "Bills Under Debate" section.

The bill did not have a 2/3 majority, so I'm asking Moderation to reconsider.

While that might be the case, and an oversight in my math, what purpose would there be to revert the Cultural Protocol to the old one?

This party is known as "Progressiva" which is an Italian name and not an English one, I don't think that any significant Istalian population is present in Luthori, the ethnic group isn't even in the cultural protocol.

I just saw this. Game rules do not require a 2/3 majority to update cultural protocols, but a 2/3 majority of players with seats. Two of the three players with seats voted in favour, so this was a legitimate update.

The notable change and most important one would be the creation of a unifying national identity in Davostag for the two main ethnic groups; then we have a slight increase in their seize while decreasing the Skjöld minority; the religious demographics are updated to bring richer flavor to the role-play; and we have updated the national description, culture and history for the Davostagers to bring about a more cohesive background.
All of this is backed up by recent role-play in Davostag.

I’m not sure what you’re looking for here. The Cultural Protocol appears to be headed in the right direction, the only note I would make is that we don’t breakdown, typically, percentage of language. I’d recommend that the primary language is Hebrew but note that the various ethnicities (Dundorfian Yeudi, Canrillaise Yeudi, etc) also likely speak their respective ethnic tongue in addition to Hebrew as is pretty common in our own world.

Once again, putting this because this party uses an Italian name 'Progressiva' in an english-based nation, the Istalian ethnicity isn't in the Cultural Protocol (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill. ... lid=690177)
