I hereby want the moderations approval for the cp.

In the wake of the recent rp, I hereby suggest the change of the cultural protocol of Beiteynu. Especially the declining share of the Jelbic population and the minority populations in general can be explained by the series of apartheid like measures against minorities. This rp was also reconaized by other nations.
