I am not sure if you can remove it since it is already in voting mode, but this appears to be the weirdest kind of spam I have ever seen.
This is coming from a player who in real life seen a variant of a 419 email and have read articles about the weirdest versions of spam emails. It is also the most bizarre action in the entire game, and this is coming from a player who is playing an ideologically obstructionist party which defeated a party of pro-life communist vigilante vampires one.
It has to be seen(and deleted) to be believed.
