Forgot to submit this even though the bill passed 4 years ago... hopefully its still valid, as I still have 2/3rd majority.

According to the Nation Renaming Guide, the name needs to be in Romanian or Hungarian only (rather than alongside English). If you think that should be changed, you can leave a message in the feedback thread. In your proposed new name, the Romanian translation also says "Kizenia Chizânâ", which I think is duplicating the name. Is that intentional?

For future reference though, as long as the distribution of seats has not changed since the bill passed, there should be no problem with the bill.

My bad, that original bill was a train wreck lol. I re-submitted a new one done right this time, I'll post it here when it passes.
