I just checked this again. I feel that Telamon doesn't really fit as a name for an Icelandic nation. I was looking at the wiki and it mentioned an ancient Kingdom of Grenmark so I figured I would use that. The new bill keeps Telamon alongside Grenmark while also creating a more Icelandic form of Telamon.

It didn't pass with a 2/3 majority though, which is required for nation name changes.
