The bill was archived in line with
section 4.2b of the Game Rules. As it was over ten in-game years old, it was eligible to be archived. If you want bills to be retained beyond this period, you can make a note of this in the title or description.

All of these bills appear to have been voted on already. We don't delete bills after they have been moved to a vote, we only delete or archive bills in the debate section.
