Checks out, both parties have been inactivated-- It does look like it's the same guy you linked to previously

And - I don't know where else this should go - it looks like they're right back again, having started a new one right after logging in with the inactivated one and realising it had been deactivated, though I don't know if any punishment was imposed.

I'll continue to investigate, but on the surface, there is no connection between this Player and the former
