They are clean and the not recorded thing is a bug.

Suspected multiple accounts user:

(Context: "Partidul Conservator Liberal" loses elections, rebrands itself as "Hegemony" and changes color from light blue to light green, then within a very short time (hours, maybe minutes) a new party called "Partidul Conservator Progresist" appears and takes the same light blue color that used to be used by "Partidul Conservator Liberal". Then a couple days later, a 2nd new party called "Partidul Liberal Conservator" appears)
