Yeah, it's my nation, the one that put it up in the first place. You mods need to do your homework, otherwise I wouldn't have asked for it to be removed.

That is irrelevant. As long as there are still nations who have ratified a treaty, it will not be deleted. Now that you have withdrawn from it, it's gone.
