I have found that in general in-game political parties have been creating political parties with the name Ba'ath socialist party and similar names and it is even mentioned in the wiki and has been present in roleplays etc, here is an example of when Ba'ath is written in the wiki

https://particracy.fandom.com/wiki/Spec ... earch=true

I just wanted to mention that the Ba'ath socialist party exists in real life, I don't know if it is allowed to be mentioned as well as the words to define other political ideologies in the game like socialism, communism, capitalism etc but here is a wikipedia article so you can see that this organization exists in real life.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ba%27ath_Party
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ba%27athism

is the same organization of Sadam Husein in iraq and Bashar Assad in siria.

Ba’ath means renaissance in Arabic, no it isn’t a violation. The rule prohibits using real life politicians, religious names, organizations (unless they are super generic) and other real world names that only exist in the real world with no connection to PT.
