Odd? Yes. Particracy, however, has a certain blend of odd that's permitted as long as its not in the realm of being totally unrealistic...though I can't say I've ever heard or seen as much.

Too Close to a really bad historical event, his other bills in the past are also pretty sketchy too, not sure if this crosses any lines but I just wanted to alert the Admins
