We ask not for the immediate inactivation of set http://classic.particracy.net/viewparty ... tyid=45108 account, yet we do ask for a full review under the DPSA act http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill. ... lid=698290, and ask for guidance and messures to make Luthori playable again.

The player involved is claiming the Sewallston House as the reightfull heirs of Holy Luthorian Empire, yet NOBDY of the active players in Luthori is supporting or recognising his/her set claims made by the player him/herself. The player in question pushes and activaly blocking gameplay around The House of Orange-Villayn-Armstead and thus disrupting game play in Luthori.

Here we see WHY the DPSA law was passed in the first place;
in this post we see the assesination against Emperor Charkes XI House of Orange-Villayn-Armstead and all the events after it causing chaos, distruption and division in to our Empire.
viewtopic.php?p=191160#p191160

Why we should take action?
I feel that the comments made by the LNC viewtopic.php?p=193493#p193493, keeping in mind of the history of Luthori is in fact eligable to be trailed and convicted under the DPSA.
It states the following:
1/ it has DEFIED the ascension of the Monarch
==> causing chaos and political deadlock that would cause division within the Empire.
2/ Deniying the legitamacy of The House of Orange-Villayn-Armstead
==> this is the most damning piece of evidence, this could and in fact is a feeding ground for extremism in Luthori.
3/ Pushing the claim of Sewallston House (not recognised by ANY player in Luthori as the legitimate House)
==> creating division and could cause grounds for civil war between the two Houses, as he claims that this could be a symbol for resistance.

I hate to do this, but after talking with other players in Davostag I feel that it is for the best. I request that they be inactivated for party sitting, specifically concerning the game rules, Section 5, 3c.
If I recall correctly it began in October when I tried to communicate with the player, which I had been able to do before as we were doing a RP in Davostag, but now they did not respond to any messages in the game or on discord. This is something that continued, with only small replies every 3-4 weeks but no more than that and no further communication once they had sent their message, this is something that continued from October to now which is March. As well as from from the end of November up until this day a pattern began where they were going inactive for 4 days to then become active again and vote on bills, with the issue of communication still continuing. At the time of posting this, they are yet again inactive and have been so for 3 days as well as failing to vote on the recent 5 bills. This has been and is quite frustrating as I can not fulfill any planned RP I wish to do in Davostag or have organized with other players outside of Davostag. Of course I have tried to speak with them concerning this problem, but as stated I almost never receive a reply from them at all. At this moment I would say that they are very much obstructing the gameplay in Davostag.

Thank you and sorry for the inconvenience.

Solentia is culturally open, which means players can choose any candidate names and use any language for their party name. You can see whether a country has a cultural protocol on the Cultural Protocols Index.

If you have any questions, please let me know.
