I will like to take control of Mina, I want to incite the opposition to take control of the country, subsequently increase the influence of my nation by increasing diplomatic and economic relations and open the borders between the 2 nations to have more manpower.

Denied. FBCs and in-game playable nations cannot have direct influence or authority over each other, especially via the same player. I’d also like to see you develop your own nation prior to entering into an FBC.

I would like to control Tropica Please and Thank You

I would like to make it into an economic and cultural hub and make it in a sea faring world power! However this will take some time and I just want something relaxing to do

I'd like you to expand a little more on your plans.

Sure, I would like to maintain Tropica as a stable Monarchy. I would like to make it more independent from its neighbors and a self sufficient power. I am going to focus on infrastructure, and domestic laws. I really don't wanna get too involved with global politics other than making state visits and maybe some alliances. Basically I want to rebuild Tropica and make it a prosperous country once again. I am for now going to have a conservative government but that can change. I am not going to do anything really rash or radical however.

Assuming control over Mina to facilitate some Dovani-based terrorism RP with a nation that becomes a clandestine state-sponsor of terrorism, at this time focusing primarily on the region of Dovani. Alongside that developing some economic avenues in Mina that have been neglected and perhaps working with Chitin, whose been heading up the FBCs, for some other stuff.
