Cultural Protocols have been passed in Tukarali (see: http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill. ... lid=503694). This was done by Itarod because he's been active consistently for well over a month. I also had a gage of interest passed (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill. ... lid=494909) which also had the support of PVL which wasn't active to vote on the second Cultural Protocol vote.

EDIT: I spotted a mistake "The Lusitanians moved to what is now known as Tukarali in order to flee movements in the country to Artanianise the country." Would I be able to correct this once the protocols have been approved or does a new, revised document need to be proposed? It should read "to flee moves in Darnussia and Narikaton to Artanianise".

Since this is creating a Cultural Protocol in a Culturally Open nation, we wait at least 4 days/96 hours until it can be approved.
