I hate to nag, but it really is best not to post Cultural Protocol updates on this thread until they have passed. Otherwise, there is a risk the post will fall down the thread and end up overlooked.

Oddly enough, it seems that the current accepted version of the Cultural Protocol is this one (accepted here), a bill which never passed (currently in the debate stage). Unless I'm missing something.

In any case, differences from the current version:

* Slight decrease in number of Brmeks and increase in number of Kathurans, accounting for ongoing minority regime
* Slight decrease in number of Israis, increase in number of Halawis and Abadis, due to pro-Halawi policies of current regime
* Ecclesia Barmenia and Barmenian Apostolic Church merged, due to this RP
* More details offered that would hopefully make the CP more accessible to new players, and language and naming links provided
