Just so I am clear on my priorities - my previous protocol proposal needed updates to be accepted, which I plan to do but don't have time at the moment IRL to do. Does that proposal still count as affirmation, though? It appears to have done, Jelbania is in red, but I want to verify that if I don't get to my updates by May Jelbania still won't be culturally open.

Absolutely, yes. All of the nations listed in red in the Cultural Protocols Index have been affirmed and will not be candidates for Culturally Open status when we come to the end of the Cultural Era (ie. May 1st).

Pardon there is a problem here, all Kizenians have been deported to New Endralon as has New Endralon deported all Trigunians to Trigunia before the World War happend. Seeing the recent war I doubt that many Kizenians still live there.

Also, since we have to reafirm our cultural protocols we have decided to change them and submit the following for approval:

Summary of the changes:

Cultural demographic changes:

- Mixed is now seperated from other and has 4%
- Other is decreased to 1% seeing the harsh immigration laws for many years and the lack of reason or RP that immigrants live here aswel as the deportation of Trigunians during the World War RP.

Ethnicity changes:

- Kuzaki's culture is expanded upon, they are now vaguely related to Sekowans and other central goa-showans, their language is now officialy called Kuzaki and is based upon Japanese and their langauge is vaguely related to the central goa-showan languages. Their religion and coversion is explained, they are Ameliorate Hosians

Religion changes:

- Hosianism is increased with 5%
- Ameliorate Hosians are now added seeing the Endralonians are Ameliorates and thus they are put at 10% and are replacing the ''independent church of Kuzaki'' which is now removed.
- Luthoran Hosians have gained 5%
- Other was removed seeing all surrounding nations are Hosian and since the other group is so small it seemed as not needed.
- Agnostic/Atheist is increased by 5% to make sure that the total of religion now does make the 100% instead of the 95% in the old Cultural protocols
- Religious demographics and related churches are now seperatly mentioned to make sure that religion and church membership are seperated as one does not have to be a member of a church to believe in a religion.

Since Trigunia's Cultural Protocols update has already been accepted, it can't be un-accepted now. Although there is nothing to stop you having a chat with Maxington about your concerns, of course.
