Differences from current version:

1. Small increase in number of Hulstrians and small decrease in number of Hulstro-Showans, as a result of rebirth of Septembrism and return of Hulstrian exiles (RPd here, here, and here);
2. Adding small numbers of Istapalis, Llaqtas, and Welang from the former colonies;
3. Irreligious reduced from 55% to 40%, Yeudism removed, and Kamism reduced from 10% to 7%, with numbers going to Tenshism (from 7% to 15%), Daenism (from 6% to 11%), Hosianism (from 15% to 19%), and newly added Morokism, Thetanism, and Aretism (1% each), justified by Tenshist religious fervor connected to the Messiahship of the Emperor (RPd here, here, and here), the open doors policy towards members of minority religions in Dovani (RPd here and here), sponsorship of Draddwyr Daenism (RPd here), the indirect targeting of Yeudish minority (also RPd here and here), rise of Hosian Democracy and Daenic Democracy (RPd here and here) and with some justification as a conceivable consequence of the official adoption of a radical ecologist policy (RPd in some of the above, and also here and here). Also justified as a continuation of the trends reflected in the previous CP update;
4. As promised, added list of Hulstro-Mikun names;
5. Simplified the summary of history and ethnic groups to make the CP shorter and easier to read.
