I’d prefer if Moderation handled this. Cabinet ministers, the player was sent a welcome message and explained briefly about the nation with important links to CPs, Rules and other items.

My understanding with cultural protocols is that they should have neutrality in their language and historical narratives. That said, Dankuk has proposed a heavily biased protocol that rewrites the history of Dankuk to fit their own IC politics.

While I'm not a current player there, I take issue with history being rewritten OOC.
