Why is this situation still going on, 9 days after it was first reported? We've been assured before that the usual grace period for these cases is 2-3 days.

Also notice the party description, which has no English translation.

Forget it I will make a new bill.

So I tweaked with the Hulstarian Protocol and here is what I came up with. I made the country much more religious and there is a rise in Hosianism. Here it is
