I would like to request that the following posts are moved from the "News" section to the "General Discussion" section. I do not think they should be deleted but leaving them in the "News" section is likely to confuse people because these posts are outdated. In some cases, the posts might need to be locked, or a message added to clarify they no longer apply.

This was a good idea. In the spirit of making the News section more up to date and relevant as a designated point of announcements and updates, I have attempted to create a News > Archive section, under which all past announcements and updates have been moved into.

I will sync and review on this slight change with Aud in more detail over the next few days, to see if it makes sense or could use changes, as well.

The following are duplicate news threads that should be merged into the existing news threads for each country.

If you would prefer to delete the first thread because it does not have a substantive post included, that is reasonable. The other two threads both contain role-play posts from the respective countries, which means they should be included in the respective national news threads. Though this should have been done at the time, there is no reason not to fix the mistake now as part of the broader project of tidying the forum. I agree with you the warnings are unnecessary and could be deleted.

Either way, there is no good reason why these posts require their own separate forum topics in the National News section of the forum.
