To start a new arc.

So far involved are Beiteynu, Badara, Deltaria, MSCO and Lourenne. Presumably other Yeudi friends can also pick up the story if they want to leverage it to advance their own intelligence stories (ex. Alduria, Luthori, Kundrati, Dankuk, Kalistan, Lodamun, etc).
