Bernhoff Building, 179 Franz Wagener Straße, Eppen, Haldor
"Who knows about it?" Spoke Fabian Volker von Färber who currently served as the Reichsführer of the Volksdundorfische Cultural Association, an organization that had grown in importance and significance over the past several decades. It remained the pre-eminent organization for Reichsdundorfische, Volksdundorfische and Auslanddundorfische throughout the world and yielded considerable influence and wealth spread throughout many business ventures. For the most part the VDKV remained an apolitical organization, despite its ties to various governments they did nothing to get directly involved, they remained a social organization for the most part. In some senses, that would change but in others it would remain the same. The VDKV had members from all parts of society, from poor to heads of state and government. At the current meeting was Reichsleiter Xaver von Kielholz of the Foreign Dundorfian Office, Oberstgruppenführer and Reichsleiter Lutz Hönigswald of the Head Protection Office which controlled the various Self-Protection Associations throughout Artania, Reichsleiter Joachim Bahr of the Main Welfare Office for Ethnic Dundorfians and several others, including the Reichsführer himself.
"Short of us in this room, those who are implementing it. We've got several dozen former members of the State Security Service, the Military Security Service and the Foreign Intelligence Service currently. We have gained several important allies in the Federal Intelligence Agency, the new Government Protection Office and the police, both investigative and on the street. Most of them are loyal Social Nationalist and are dedicated to the cause." Dressed in his brown political uniform with black and white collar patches bearing the Dundorfian Eagle, one leg crossed over the other with a binder in his hand Reichsleiter von Kielholz sat comfortably in the dimly lit room where the meeting was taking place. "...and what is it being called precisely?" Spoke the Reichsführer. The temporary silence was broken when Oberstgruppenführer Lutz Hönigswald chimed in from across the room as he stared out onto the street warmly lit Dorvish street. "Geheimdienst"
Another silence fell over the room. The Geheimdienst would operate throughout the globe gathering intelligence for those within the VDKV, it would operate throughout the world and feed information back to the central office of the Geheimdienst, but none would officially recognize its existence or admit it existed. "Ostfirma has promised their full cooperation." Joachim von Auspitz-Topol, a representative of the Main Economic and Administrative Office spoke up. "We've finally made amends enough with the neglected Easterners." Joachim looked down at his glass of Dundorfian brandy and swirled the glass around. von Kielholz spoke up regarding that situation "We're going to approach the Kazulians and offer them Auslanddundorfische status, we're also going to see what can be done regarding Hulstrian's classification after all this time and Hulstro-Trigunians and see if they fit into the Auslanddundorfische requirements. That should give us a much needed boost in the east and we're actively exploring other options."
"We're announcing the new organization sometime this month, likely towards the end of the month. I'd like for all of you to be there. The structure has done well, but I think it needs some desperate reform." The Reichsführer drew everyones attention as he spoke from behind a grand, ornate wooden desk. "As many of you know the Reich Labor Service will be going into full effect, a program meant to employee Dundorfians throughout the world as a means to bring them closer to our way of thinking. It will be placed underneath the Main Economic and Administrative Office, we are actively exploring a humanitarian office meant for projects throughout the world, we are planning also a pro-union organization meant to organize and unify those who would otherwise fall to Socialism and Communism underneath our banner. Several of your current offices are underneath review and duties might be divided up even further, I expect your full cooperation. Dorvik might be struggling, but we aren't."
