Polls generating bad results

Every time I try to ask what party voters preferred, it always comes up as an inactive party from another nation, with a poll indicating 100% of voters prefer it. Please fix this.

As far as I am aware the polls component of the game does not function properly. Particracy Classic is no longer under active development but the creator is working on a new game, you can read his blog here. Sorry for the confusion.

I remember polls working once. Is there some way to restore them to their full functionality? Could somehow deleting that party fix it?
