Weird (Nonexistent?) Party

In Davostan we seem to have an odd party that has been around for quite some time. It wasn't a problem up until now, but we seem to have 7 active players now. The 8th spot is taken up by this weird party that seems to both exist and not exist at the same time, and I figure it might be worth trying to resolve it to free up that final spot for some other players.

If you take a look here: https://i.imgur.com/MKWNSTS.png you'll notice that there is a party with no name and 0 seats. If you look at the elections history, its name comes up there as "Challenging of Parliamentary Decisions P." There is no user related to the party, which is strange, but there is a party page: http://classic.particracy.net/viewparty ... tyid=31310

It has regularly contested elections now. In voting on bills, it appears with its name but always abstains.

Perhaps it would be possible to simply try deactivating it one more time? This is not a particularly pressing issue at all, but figured it might be worth a try to see if we can make it go away!

Whenever there is an election it shows up like here: http://classic.particracy.net/viewnews. ... sid=696204. I've seen this bug before in other countries and would just like to know if it is fixable, tbh its quite annoying to have the bug-party participate in the elections. Thank you.

note that it is the one that is blank and has 126 seats
