Delayed election in Jelbania

In Jelbania, our last election was August 3133, and the term limit is 72 months (6 years). Accordingly, elections should have taken place August 3139, but it is currently December 3139 with elections having been delayed.
Also two bills have been extended beyond voting time. One of them is a request for early elections from May 3123, suddenly activated by a defunct player.
