Inactive Party

The party Ltm3311, as shown in the above link, in Beluzia, has been around for more than 3 weeks almost, but has not been active since it's inception. However, even after it's inactivity for more than a week, it still is in the list of parties active in the country.
And as it can be seen, the last activity for the party's user shows 'not recorded'. http://classic.particracy.net/viewuser.php?userid=20501
Requesting the moderator to make this party inactive.
