Issue With Allowing Party to Vote

I'm honestly not sure if this is as much a bug as it is a weird quirk in the code. Here is the bill http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill. ... lid=492451
It looks like that there were 8 parties when the bill was proposed. However, two have disbanded since then, but the bill has not registered that. Since there is an 8 party cap, it won't let my recently activated party, the SLP, from voting on a few bills like that one. While it's something I don't have to worry about since I have already have visibility, newer parties won't have such visibility. I know it's a really minor thing, but I feel it still has to be raised.

It's not a bug. That's how it has always functioned as far as I'm aware. Reactivated parties cannot vote on bills which are already in the process of being voted on. And the votes of inactivated parties remain recorded after the inactivation.
