Forgive if this has been explained on Discord...

In the Federation of Mpada on P2, we have 3 bills which we have made constitutional amendments but they are awaiting Judicial Review or Ratification despite no sub national entities.

Is this a time delay or other function? It is just we see other nations have passed these kinds of bills unhindered.

Any ideas as still not progressed and I can’t currently get on Discord?
