How does Polling Work?

I was playing around with some of the in-game polling, and I was just wondering how it works. Is there a way to see maybe how many of your voters voted for another party in different rounds, or is there a way to figure out how much your party will get in the upcoming election? Is there also any use to these polls otherwise? Thanks for the help.

Hello,

I'll just say that you should keep experimenting with the polling. While a number of polling options are available, they do not provide accurate means of figuring out the results of future elections since their whole mechanism seems to be based on the results of the previous election. You can however determine just how many voters of one party view another party as their second option.
