"Representatives from Istalia,
The representative from Dorvik has laid out a structure and thus far, we have followed said structure. The structure is as follow: The International Development and Stability Bank is headed by an appointed Managing Director and a Board of Directors, the Board of Directors will be composed of one (1) representative from each nation and charged with the oversight of the International Development and Stability Bank as well as appointing the Managing Director. (OOC Note: Do note, this is more for administrative reasons because managing a rotating basis never works)
The Managing Director would be assisted by the Executive Committee, the Executive Committee will be composed of 5 members from each continent, the members will be selected based on their collective contributions to the International Development and Stability Bank.
This is the structure that we will go with administratively. Each member will contribute an amount they wish and that will be placed in the International Development and Stability Fund which will then be loaned, granted or otherwise loaned out for projects, development or investments.
As for it's overall operation, my vision for the bank is that the International Development and Stability Bank becomes the central meeting place of Central Banks throughout the world and we can introduce sub-agencies that are responsible for various areas of operation. For instance, we would like to absorb the
International Exchange Commission and turn it into an oversight and building organization for stock exchanges and international stock exchanges. We would like to develop an international development agency."
