It establishes Kalopia as a largely Greek nation with significant Arab, Albanian, and Turkish minorities and with a Muslim majority. It maintains the long-standing Greek-Arab cultural mix while allowing for both Islamic and Christian RP, and allows for Greek majoritarian, Arab apartheid, or multi-ethnnic RP, all of which have happened numerous times. Given that it is based on literal centuries of RP, I hope this will be approved.

Unfortunately, this doesn't meet the criteria in Section 17 of the Game Rules, which states:

17. Creating new Cultural Protocols in Culturally Open nations

It is possible for players in a Culturally Open nation to establish a Cultural Protocol if doing so would not reduce the overall number of Culturally Open nations below 10.

17.1.1 At least 2 players with seats must support the bill, both of whom must have been currently continuously active in the nation (ie. no inactivations) for at least 1 month.

Unfortunately, this doesn't meet the criteria in Section 17 of the Game Rules, which states:

It is possible for players in a Culturally Open nation to establish a Cultural Protocol if doing so would not reduce the overall number of Culturally Open nations below 10.

So screw the work and time myself and other players have put in because it drops the number of culturally bland and generic nations below 10? lol
